Any modifications
made to the exterior of your home, including satellite dishes,
must receive prior written approval. Please be advised there
are architectural modification procedures that must be adhered
to.
One aspect of condominium or homeowner association living that is often misunderstood is Architectural Review. Generally speaking, Architectural Review (or ARC) means that any work performed on the exterior of your building or home must be reviewed by your association and the TCMA Architectural Review Committee prior to the work taking place. The TCMA has a standing committee of ten residents who live in our community who review and/or inspect each application, and from time to time make site inspections. According to the TCMA Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions, the TCMA "ARC shall have the right of specific approval or veto of all architectural and landscaping aspects of any improvement." And, "the ARC shall have the right to refuse to approve any plans and specifications which are not suitable or desirable in its sole discretion, for aesthetic or any other reasons, provided such approval is not unreasonably withheld."
The ARC meets the
second Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Clubhouse.
If you have any questions, please call the office between
9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday and direct all architectural
inquiries to Marie Squeeze at 954-973-8094, ext. 102. Marie
will be happy to assist you in any way she can with the process. |
