TCMA ID Security System and Hours of Operation
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Open the first Saturday of every month 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Closed the following Monday
ID office is located in the TCMA Clubhouse at
2424 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, Florida 33063.
Requirements
Residents 12 years or older, are entitled to a TCMA ID Card bearing his / her picture.
All residents must show their ID card when entering the TCMA Clubhouse, Aquatic / Sports Center, Athletic Club or for entry to movies in the Theater and to purchase theater tickets.
Proper identification for receiving a TCMA ID card must consist of one of either a warranty deed for owners or a lease for renters.
Identification Cards are issued by the ID Coordinator upon presentation of valid proof of residence for owners / lessees and members of their immediate household in The Township.
When updating ID cards, come to the ID Office, have your ID card and a bill with your current address with you. For your convenience, we will be glad to update your spouse's card (if they are not present), but you must have their ID card with you. Also, our ID coordinator is bilingual (English / Spanish).
